What You'll DoSupport Talent Initiatives: Implement holistic leadership development strategies encompassing structured programmes, proactive succession planning, and evidence-based talent analytics to secure organisational leadership continuityFacilitate Leadership Appointment: Support senior leadership selection and appointment processes through close collaboration with HR teams across SingHealth institutionsConduct Talent Reviews: Facilitate talent review activities with key stakeholders and department headsImplement Strategies: Help implement talent strategies that align with SingHealth’s mission of advancing medicine and transforming healthcareAdministrative Support: Prepare proposals, maintain records, and ensure smooth administrative operations for team initiatives Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in Human Resources)Fresh graduates welcome to applyExcellent communication and writing skills with good command of EnglishAbility to write papers independently within tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and engage at all levelsResourceful, result-focused, and meticulousSelf-motivated team player with strong administrative skills
