Its solutions are designed to be secure, easy to use, and backed by training and ongoing support.Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading and expanding Fleetronix’s customer base for fleet management solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing strategic deals.
The Senior Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, and collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs. Day-to-day activities include tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, mentoring sales team members, and representing Fleetronix at industry events and client meetings. The role also requires gathering market feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telematics, logistics, fleet management, or related technology solutions.Strong skills in consultative selling, business development, account management, and negotiation.Ability to analyze client requirements, prepare compelling proposals, and manage complex sales cycles.Experience leading or mentoring sales teams, setting targets, and monitoring performance metrics.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management to drive predictable revenue growth.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.Understanding of fleet operations, logistics workflows, or transportation industry trends is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel to client locations as needed, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
