About the Role
Cetus Automotives is looking for an experienced sales leader to head premium sales operations at our Hyderabad store — driving high-value recliner seat/SUV & MUV interior projects, managing client relationships, and upholding showroom standards.
Working hours: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, 1 weekly off.
Basic Requirement
Candidates must be extremely strong public speakers with excellent fluency in English — this is a core, non-negotiable requirement given the client-facing, high-value nature of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conversion and closing for premium recliner seat and interior upgrade projects
- Manage CRM pipeline and respond promptly to digital/online enquiries
- Oversee store upkeep, presentation, and maintenance standards
- Maintain store documentation and reporting for management
- Represent the store at client meetings, events, and vendor coordination
What We're Looking For
- Excellent public speaking ability and fluency in English (basic requirement)
- 5+ years of experience in premium/luxury product or service sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Comfort owning showroom operational standards end-to-end
- Strong CRM discipline and reporting rigor
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
