Role: Social Media Manager
We're looking for an experienced, highly creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead ODA's online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and more). You'll be responsible for driving our social media strategy, building brand awareness, generating leads, growing communities, and delivering measurable business impact through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ODA's brand and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end management of ODA's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars with high-performing campaigns, reels, carousels, videos, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and performance marketing teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive SEO and Google Search visibility through strategic keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.
- Own social media analytics by tracking KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms in collaboration with the growth team.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Build and nurture ODA's online community by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand reputation.
- Mentor and guide junior social media executives/content creators while ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (EdTech experience preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in content planning, campaign management, influencer collaborations, and community building.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing.
