Location: Delhi, India

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium vegetarian restaurant brand in Delhi with two successful operating restaurants and two new openings planned within the next 2–3 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is passionate about innovative vegetarian cuisine and is ready to play a key role in the brand's growth.

• Lead Research & Development (R&D) to create innovative and commercially viable vegetarian dishes.
• Standardise recipes, menus, and kitchen processes across all restaurant locations.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to drive menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
• Act as the face and spokesperson of the brand, representing the restaurant in media, promotional events, chef collaborations, and social media content.
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams to maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
• Support new restaurant openings and ensure smooth implementation of culinary standards.

• Sous Chef with extensive experience in premium vegetarian restaurants or plant-based dining concepts.
• Proven expertise in menu development, recipe standardisation, and product innovation.
• A stable career history with reputable restaurant brands.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about elevating vegetarian cuisine and contributing to the growth of an ambitious restaurant group.
