Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mass Hiring Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technical recruitment, as well as experience handling large-scale hiring for operations, customer service, and finance roles. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (e.g., customer service representatives, finance associates, operations staff).Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans.Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.Coordinate and manage bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events.Work closely with HR and business leaders to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of tech talent for future hiring needs.Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both tech and high-volume hiring. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.Fluency in English, both spoken and written (CEFR C1)Willing to work under a 1-year contractProven experience in both tech recruitment and mass hiring (minimum of 3 years preferred).Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions and business units.Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and technical screening.Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
