Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team within a Financial Institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across both technology and business functions, supporting the organization’s growth and talent strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services hiring, stakeholder management, and talent market trends in Singapore, with the ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates in a competitive environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.Support hiring across technology and business functions, including roles within operations, finance, risk, compliance, and other corporate functions.Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support informed hiring decisions.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while maintaining strong employer branding.Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring effectiveness.Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a Financial Institution, Banking, or Financial Services environment.Experience recruiting for both technology and non-technology roles within corporate or financial services functions.Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior hiring managers.Demonstrated sourcing capability and familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.Good understanding of Singapore’s employment market, hiring regulations, and financial services talent landscape.
