New Role - Talent Advisor (Korea & APAC Portfolio) - 6 Month Contract
As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Korea and APAC markets. This role sits within a sophisticated matrix environment, focusing on Corporate, Supply Chain, and Marketing functions.
You will act as a strategic partner, providing market insights and talent solutions to regional stakeholders while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers across the APAC region to understand business needs and define role requirements.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation process for professional functions (Supply Chain, Corporate, Marketing).Market Intelligence: Provide expert advice on talent trends and salary benchmarks specifically for the South Korean and wider APAC markets.Regional Collaboration: Navigate a complex matrix structure to ensure global hiring standards are met while adapting to local nuances.Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and networking.
Job RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency or In-house).Market Knowledge: Proven track record in recruiting for the South Korea market OR managing a broad APAC remit.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Korean is essential for this role. Reason: This role manages a dedicated portfolio for the South Korean market and requires regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders and candidates, as well as the assessment of Korean-language resumes and business documents.Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
