Position Overview

As part of our international business expansion, we are looking to engage a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support accelerated global hiring across our international markets.

This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys direct sourcing, and can drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead active sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels for multiple concurrent rolesConduct structured screening and shortlisting with high-quality candidate assessmentsBuild and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesCoordinate interviews across regions and time zonesPartner with HR and hiring managers on offer management and onboarding coordinationEnsure a consistent, high-quality candidate experienceProvide hands-on support on HR generalist matters when required

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or RPO preferred)Medical device industry hiring experience is preferredStrong direct sourcing capability (critical for success in this role)Experience hiring across multiple geographies and functionsProven track record in both commercial and technical hiringComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong execution mindset, hands-on, responsive, and detail-oriented
