Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead Working Location: SingaporeReports to: Country HR

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruitment strategy and attract top-tier technical and operational talent. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals across engineering, production, and corporate functions.
- ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needsLead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and team dynamicsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networksEnhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing and engineering sectorManage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendorsDrive recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hireEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processStay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectorsProven track record in hiring for technical roles such as engineers, production staff, and skilled workersStrong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer brandingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment dataProactive, resourceful, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
