Frazer Jones
Job Description
Talent Management & TA VP APACFinancial ServicesLocation: Singapore
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a commercial and engaging hybrid Regional Talent Management & Talent Acquisition VP (APAC), based in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent & Learning, working within an individual contributor role, this individual will play a highly visible and strategically influential role, shaping the organisation’s talent development and talent acquisition agenda across the group. Operating as part of a small, high‑impact HR team, this is a hands‑on role with significant enterprise-level visibility and the opportunity to drive meaningful and lasting impact.
This position will operate across a busy and varied portfolio encompassing firmwide talent management and capability development, leadership and early‑career pipelines, and the ongoing enhancement of hiring processes, tools, and assessment standards. You will partner closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and HR COEs to design and deliver talent attraction and talent development as well as leadership frameworks, building a strong internal pipeline of high‑potential talent, and embedding modern, data‑driven approaches into talent acquisition and internal mobility.
A core component of the role includes full ownership of the organisation’s early careers programme end-to-end, covering programme strategy, attraction, assessment, rotations, structured development, and performance evaluation. You will act as a visible programme ambassador, ensuring a high-quality experience for graduates and stakeholders while continuously evolving the programme to reflect market expectations and organisational needs.
Given the breadth of the portfolio, the successful individual will be adept at operating both strategically and operationally, being comfortable designing talent architecture while rolling up their sleeves to deliver programmes end‑to‑end. You will bring a data‑led mindset, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to work confidently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that demands excellence, agility, and thoughtful judgment.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished talent VP / Senior Manager with deep experience across Talent Development, Talent Management, Early Careers, and/or Talent Acquisition within large, complex financial services organisations. A track record in programme design, graduate programme ownership, and the modernisation of talent acquisition tools and processes is also beneficial. Exceptional communication skills, credibility with senior stakeholders, and a builder’s mindset will be critical to success.
This is a compelling opportunity to join a highly reputable global organisation with a significant mandate to shape talent strategy, uplift organisational capability, and contribute to the development of the next generation of leaders, while working as part of a collaborative and high‑performing HR function.
