Technical Sales Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for generating sales of release agents, mold coatings, and processing aids to the rubber and plastics molding industry (automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, footwear, etc.). The role demands strong technical capability and plant-level presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage rubber molding customers.
• Conduct on-site trials (compression/injection/transfer molding).
• Provide technical service, troubleshooting & after-sales support.
• Maintain relationships with production heads, QA, and purchase teams.
• Submit daily, weekly visit reports, trial reports, and monthly forecasts.
• Grow key accounts and add new customers each quarter.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in rubber chemicals or catering to the rubber products manufacturing industry.
• Engineering, Science, or Chemistry background preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively.

Salary

• Base Salary: Commensurate to experience – based on direct experience in the rubber industry.
