About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Support Executive / Sales Operations Executive to support our sales and customer service functions. The role involves managing customer communications, monitoring outstanding payments, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain sales and customer data in Zoho CRM and TCS iON.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day operational activities.
  

Skills Required

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
