Role Description The Account Executive – SaaS Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai (Marol). This role is responsible for driving new business for Construction’s SaaS solutions by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demos, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports.
The Account Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high client satisfaction. This position also involves building long-term relationships with key accounts, gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, outbound outreach, and pipeline management for SaaS or B2B solutions.
- Proven account management experience, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle, handle renewals, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and written communication tailored to different stakeholders.
- Relationship building capabilities and a customer-centric approach to develop trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and ensuring a positive client experience across touchpoints.
- Prior experience in SaaS sales or B2B consultative selling, preferably in HR, marketing, or business services.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
