Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for Punches, Dies, Turrets, and Machine Tooling.
- Develop and manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across India and international markets.
- Lead customer care and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
- Drive effective utilization of SAP/CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
- Support strategic sales and customer engagement initiatives with senior management.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures.
- Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 15 years of experience in Pharma Machinery, Compression Tooling, Engineering Products, or Capital Equipment Sales.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
