Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their DevOps and monitoring needs, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
The position requires consistent pipeline generation, meeting activity targets, and providing feedback on market trends and customer challenges.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to manage outreach, discovery conversations, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, handle objections, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, especially in DevOps or IT infrastructure domains, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders and eager to learn about monitoring and DevOps tooling.
