Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and paymentsCommunicate with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and emailManage various customer cases including booking confirmation, payment issues, and cancellationsProvide multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and email Job RequirementsNo specific education or experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)Strong customer service mindsetEnglish communication skills required (Business-level English preferred / OPIC IH or above is a plus)Experience in handling overseas customers is a plusBasic IT skills (PC usage, information search, work tools)Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment※ No prior CS experience required ※ 3 weeks of structured training provided, live operation starts from week 4 What We OfferCompetitive salary and allowances- Annual total compensation ranges from approx.
