Role Overview:Provide live chat support to international customers.Resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What You Need:Educational background: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior experience in E-commerce BPO is a huge plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift scheduleAvailability to work 5 days per week.Willing to work in shifts (including weekends/public holidays).Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
