Job DescriptionAnalyze, diagnose, and perform installation for IT systems, including desktop hardware, operating systems, application software, network connectivity, printers, scanners, and related issuesTroubleshoot notebook/laptop hardware (RAM, hard disk, VGA, etc.)Create and maintain technical documentation for hardware and softwareManage, update, and close troubleshooting tickets and service requests from users

RequirementsFast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologiesStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsGood communication skills, able to interact with users at all levelsPositive attitude and pleasant personalityHands-on experience with Mikrotik (bandwidth management, load balancing, failover)Experience in CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and monitoringKnowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)Minimum 1 year of experience in a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
