Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (B2B clients)
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients and respond to their needs in a timely and effective manner.
· Understand clients' needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
· Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
· Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
· Monitor account performance and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
· Analyse and report on key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity in the CRM system.
Core Competencies:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in key account management or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
