Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Assistant Manager to manage and oversee the entire operations of a designated 3PL warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless inward and outward movement of inventory, maintaining inventory hygiene, tracking stock movements, and ensuring on-time closure of in-transit inventory and returns. The role requires strict adherence to The Souled Store Operations SOP while ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong operational capabilities to handle on-ground challenges and maintain effective relationships with the 3PL team Key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at the assigned 3PL warehouse.
- Ensure smooth inward and outward movement of inventory as per operational
- standards.
- Track and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock checks.
- Ensure inventory hygiene by minimizing discrepancies, damages, and obsolete stock.
- Monitor and execute in-transit inventory closure within defined timelines.
- Ensure on-time processing and closure of returns to maintain efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to The Souled Store’s Operations SOP in all warehouse functions.
- Work closely with the 3PL team to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align warehouse operations with business goals.
- Identify and resolve on-ground operational challenges effectively.
- Generate and maintain operational reports related to stock movement, returns, and
- inventory status.
Requirements:
- Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Making MIS reports and circulating to respective and other departments.
- Strong people management with inter intra team communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done and decision maker, with little or no supervision
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS like (Vinculum) will be an added advantage and Preferred.
