Packaging Development Specialist

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive Packaging

1.Development and Commercialization of Packaging for New Products

Development of Primary, Secondary and tertiary Packaging for new products. Mould development and validation for commercialization. Conducting trials and finalising Specifications. Artworks and printing plate development. BOM Build up. Commercialize the development with cross functional team for ontime product launch.

2.Cost Reduction Packaging and alternate Vendor Projects delivery

Ideation, testing and delivery of cost optimisation projects for brands and manufacturing . Support Purchase team with Alternate vendor development projects and execution of the validation protocol as per process

3.Maintenance and regular updation of Specifications

On time release for project delivery and regular maintenance of Packaging specification in SAP

4.Maintain and update shade cards (LSD) of all products

On time release for project delivery and regular maintenance of Print Shade cards

5.Quality Issues Resolution

Root cause Analysis of Quality issues with Quality team and action to rectify the same in Packaging. Visiting depots and Distributor locations to inspect Transit Trial stocks and submit feedback report

6.Competitor benchmarking

Benchmarking competition products Vs ours and sharing the rationalization opportunities to Business.
