About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships & Business Development professional to join our team.
Whether you're a recent graduate eager to start a career in business development or someone with prior experience looking to take ownership of client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to manage existing opportunities, develop new business, build lasting partnerships, and help drive the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, research, and outbound outreach.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial conversation to project closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercials and help close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups through our CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Represent All Things Flair at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
- Contribute ideas to improve our sales processes and partnership strategy.
