Key Responsibilities: • Recruit for all positions across various business lines • Screen job requisitions using Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Partner with hiring managers to offer market insight • Build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates • Represent the TA team at career events and presentations

Requirements: • University degree or relevant post-secondary education • 3-5 years HR experience including talent acquisition • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset • Retail and corporate recruitment experience preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
