- Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated project and program schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Lead end-to-end schedule development across all project phases including planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning
- Implement planning and scheduling strategies, governance, and frameworks aligned with organizational and contractor requirements
- Coordinate WBS/CBS development and integrate multi-disciplinary inputs into master schedules
- Develop and analyze resource- and cost-loaded schedules, including labor histograms and contractor resource data
- Establish and monitor critical path(s), milestones, and schedule performance indicators
- Perform advanced schedule analysis including CPM, float analysis, and schedule health checks
- Conduct schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, and "what-if" assessments to support mitigation strategies
- Identify schedule variances, analyze root causes, and develop recovery and acceleration plans
- Review, validate, and analyze contractor and third-party schedules for compliance and performance
- Assess schedule impacts of changes, delays, and claims, supporting EOT evaluations and change management
- Consolidate schedule data into integrated reporting, preparing dashboards and executive updates for stakeholders
- Support enterprise and program-level scheduling initiatives involving multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure schedule governance, QA/QC, and data integrity while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior planners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification and professional memberships are considered assets
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project management
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 with proficiency in scheduling tools such as Acumen Fuse
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects and programs, with rail/major transit program experience considered (essential)
- Experience working within consultancy and/or owner organizations environments
- Strong familiarity with the Canadian construction market
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
