Your responsibilities include offering strategic recruitment guidance, partnering with HR to align hiring efforts with business objectives, and facilitating the complete recruitment process from posting to negotiation. You'll play a significant role in promoting AIM's culture and values while participating in networking activities to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities: • Understand staffing needs alongside hiring managers • Advise on recruitment strategies and interview techniques • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for various roles • Execute full cycle sourcing and candidate outreach • Represent AIM at job fairs and networking events
Requirements: • 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience • Proven talent sourcing abilities in competitive markets • Experience managing multiple requisitions effectively • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics
