In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to ensure staffing aligns with operational goals while cultivating a positive employee experience throughout the hiring and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include managing sourcing strategies, onboarding new hires, and supporting retention through active engagement with existing employees.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding programs • Monitor and analyze turnover metrics to identify trends • Conduct stay interviews for employee engagement insights • Collaborate on workforce planning and HR projects
Requirements: • 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial settings • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
