Job DescriptionOC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Clinical Services Manager for our client, a well-established national organisation supporting people affected by homelessness and addiction. Their Dublin services include nursing, GP, dental, counselling and mental health provision, alongside a medically supervised injecting facility, the first of its kind in Ireland. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.
This role takes charge of the daily running of these clinical services, leading a skilled multidisciplinary team in a service that reaches some of the most marginalised people in the country. The Role Manage the day-to-day operation of Dublin clinical services, including the supervised injecting facility, ensuring safe, high-quality and trauma-informed care Lead, support and performance manage a multidisciplinary team of nurses and project workers Oversee assessment, care coordination and review for service users in line with clinical guidelines and legislation Ensure robust health and safety, infection control and controlled drugs practices across the service Be prepared to provide direct support and care to clients of the injecting facility when needed Work closely with senior management, peer representatives and partner agencies to keep client voice at the centre of the service Manage rosters, budgets, reporting and service reviews What You'll Need Primary degree in a health-related discipline (Level 8) Minimum 5 years' experience delivering clinical services across addiction, homelessness or mental health, with at least 3 years in a management role A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams Comfort and confidence working in a harm reduction environment, with a non-judgemental approach at the heart of your practice Working knowledge of risk management and quality assurance frameworks Excellent communication, report writing and decision-making skills The ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including people with lived experience of drug use Full clean driving licence What's On Offer Salary of €60,000 - €71,000 depending on experience Minimum 26 days' annual leave Defined contribution pension and death in service benefit from day one Group VHI scheme, sick pay scheme and Employee Assistance Programme Paid family leave and educational assistance, including study and exam leave Bike to Work scheme Please Note Applicants must be fully eligible to work in Ireland at the time of application.
