Fixed Salary: 75,000/month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into bookings and registrations
• Conduct buyer consultations during site visits
• Handle objections and drive closures
• Follow up with prospects until conversion
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

We're Looking For

• 4-8 years of real estate sales experience (Plotted land, villas, or farmland preferred)
• Proven track record closing 15L+ property deals
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
• Fluent in Telugu and comfortable travelling to project sites (2-4 times/month)
