Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – to lead and scale the Pathways sales function. This role will manage a team of Pathways Managers and oversee their Admissions Counsellors and Team Leads. The ideal candidate is a proven B2C sales leader with experience in managing multi-layered consultative sales teams in a fast-paced, high-ticket environment.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role • You are a proven Sales Leader with hands-on experience in building and managing direct-to-consumer consultative sales teams. • You have managed Sales Managers and Inside Sales teams with a minimum overall team size of 30+. • You are comfortable selling high-ticket programs that require structured nurturing while driving urgency in closures. • You have worked in a highly competitive sales environment and consistently delivered top performance. • You are extremely data-driven and experienced in building, optimizing, and scaling sales processes.
What Will You Be Doing? • Leading and mentoring Managers, who in turn manage Admissions Counsellors and TLs. • Driving monthly and quarterly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets across teams. • Overseeing the complete sales lifecycle — lead management, consultative counselling, demos, closures, and post-sales engagement. • Monitoring overall sales pipeline health and ensuring strong funnel quality and conversion ratios. • Reviewing performance metrics across teams (calls, demos, conversion %, revenue per head). • Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective action plans. Ensuring effective training on learner profiling, program knowledge, and closure techniques. • Controlling attrition and building a strong performance-driven culture. • Strengthening the positioning and effectiveness of the offering in the market.
What We Are Looking For • 5–8+ years of B2C sales experience with 4-5 years in team leadership roles. • Experience managing Managers or large Inside Sales teams • Exposure to high-ticket consultative sales (Education/EdTech preferred). • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong people orientation with leadership maturity. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
